On the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the 5th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the National Security Law for Hong Kong, the Celebration Committee, together with the Central and Western District Office, the Central and Western District Council, and major community organizations in the district, will jointly organize the 'Celebration of the 28rd Anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the 5th anniversary of the Promulgation and Implementation of the National Security Law for Hong Kong - All Walks of Life United in Celebrating the Return of Hong Kong Carnival in Central and Western District'.
